Terms of Service & Studio Policies

1. Studio Bookings & Baseline Rates

Studio time is billed on an agreed block basis. The baseline standard 2-hour audio multitrack session is priced at 190 EUR (or current Canadian Dollar equivalent on date of invoicing). Studio bookings are officially locked upon receipt of booking confirmation from Gyxflox administration.

2. Punctuality & Overtime Policy

Your booked block begins at the scheduled start time, not upon arrival. Please ensure hosts and guests arrive 15 minutes ahead for soundcheck and headphone adjustment. Overtime in excess of 15 minutes beyond your reserved block is billed in 30-minute increments subject to engineer and room availability.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or session rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a 50% studio reservation charge to cover reserved engineering time.

4. Intellectual Property & Master Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the recorded conversation, podcast content, and broadcast masters belong exclusively to the client upon settlement of session fees. Gyxflox claims zero ownership over your content and will not publicly broadcast or showcase episode excerpts without your express written consent.

5. Equipment Care & Studio Conduct

Clients are responsible for respecting studio equipment, broadcast microphones, and cinema cameras. Food and uncovered liquids are strictly prohibited inside the acoustic isolation booth. Water bottles with sealed caps are permitted.
